∴WOMENíS BIBLE STUDY - The Women's Bible Study will resume on February 18th starting at 9am in the church hall. The topic for this six week session will be Women of the New Testament. Please consider joining a congenial group of women to explore the role women played in the bible. Peg Jones will be leading the discussion.
∴The annual conference sponsored by the CATHOLIC MENíS FELLOWSHIP OF MARYLAND is March 29, 2014. The theme of the conference is Men of Light in an Age of Darkness. The Conference runs 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM and includes lunch. The conference is a collaborative event with the Holy Name Society and the Knights of Columbus. Adult Faith Formation Video of the Month - CATHOLICISM Episode 6, "A Body Both Suffering and Glorious: The Mystical Union of Christ and the Church", will be shown April 6, in the church office. The Adult Faith Formation monthly videos are shown the first Sunday of the month.
Empty Pockets is the process by which an usher will stand at the doors of the church with a basket to collect loose change from parishioners at the end of Mass. The money collected is to support ministry in our sister diocese of Haiti. Checks are to be made out to St James ONLY.
Calling teens for Summer Camp in Haiti: For the past 5 summers, teens and adults from St Ann and beyond have traveled to our sister parish, St Claire in Haiti to lead
a summer camp for about 100 kids of the parish.
